Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up several hours before your event. You will receive a phone call or automated text message a day or two before your event date. During this call, we will go over any questions that you might have and give you a delivery window so you can plan your schedule.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Gator Jump cleans and disinfects after every rental check out our sanitation page to view more info on how we clean and disinfect our products with 100% organic cleaners.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Gator Jump accepts all major credit cards. Payments for the total balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event start time. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, a secure hyperlink is included for you to easily view and pay any remaining balance. Our rental software will default to the card on file for any remaining balance 48 hours prior to your event start time.
As a family-owned business, we understand that things come up, surprises happen, and situations change when we least expect. We unfortunately need to impose and enforce our Cancellation Policy in order maintain competitive prices and provide great service for everyone.
a) CANCELLATION DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS: Renter may be eligible for up to a 100% refund or credit toward future rental(s), as outlined below:
⢠100% refund for cancellation requests received by the Company at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the Rental Period.
⢠100% credit toward future rental(s), valid for the following 12-month period, for cancellation requests received by the Company between 10 to 30 days prior to the commencement of the Rental Period.
⢠No refund or credit for cancellation requests received by the Company less than 10 days prior to the commencement of the Rental Period, except in the event of a Weather-Related cancellation (as outlined below).
b) WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS: In the event of forecasted severe weather, heavy rains, or wind speeds above 20mph, you are entitled to receive a 100% credit toward future rental(s), if you notify us by phone (816-379-1880) no later than 7:00pm on the day before your event.
c) UNSAFE SETUP CONDITIONS: For your (and your guests') safety, we reserve the right to cancel reservations due to any conditions that we deem unsafe, most notably, the failure to meet all site requirements or unexpected severe weather. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe conditions, any potential refund or issuance of credit towards future rentals will depend on the nature of the unsafe conditions.
Yes all orders require a non-refundable $50 Credit Card deposit that goes towards the total cost of your invoice.
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
